We prepare both the client and the candidate prior to the interview.
We also debrief both the client and the candidate after the interview. We assist in all salary and benefit negotiations. In addition, for retained searches we will interview the candidate in person. We act as the client’s consultant in assisting them in the candidate selection, candidate interviewing, and the process of recruiting the candidate to join their organization.
We also provide the candidate and client with relocation information through our ReMax
relocation service, Atlas Van Lines and a detailed relocation cost of living analysis provided by our Economic Research Institute Analysis. In addition, we assist spouses in finding employment in the new
location through referrals to our network of 60 Sanford Rose Associates offices.
We
will provide background checks, specific testing such as intelligence,
sales aptitude, computer skills, personality typing, etc. upon
client request. The costs of these tests being charged back to
the client.
